PAYMENT TERMS:
25% Deposit on Booking - Balance due 7 days prior to event.
Rainout: In the event the meeting is rained out, another date that is convenient for both parties will be scheduled.
Cancellation: A minimum of 14 days' notice must be given prior to the event otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
Dress Code: Long sleeved shirt and long pants are recommended. Fully enclosed footwear is essential.
As these Race Packs are deemed to be a "Race Event" all track race rules will apply.
